From 25 to 27 September 2018, HSM GmbH Co. KG, a German manufacturer of baling presses, PET solutions and document shredders, will be exhibiting innovative and energy-saving baling presses at the FachPack trade fair (hall 4, booth 412). Machines from the vertical baling press series HSM V-Press will be the focus at the exhibition booth. The HSM V-Press models combine the quality requirements of HSM with high profitability. Their performance and longevity make them an economical waste management solution. The HSM V-Press reduces costs at the usually underestimated “waste disposal” cost centre. An absolute novelty is the HSM V-Press 860 plus B. Thanks to the wide feed opening of 1500 mm, it produces particularly large, highly compressed bales of cardboard or foil which can be marketed without further pressing. With a pressing force of 594 kN and the low-noise and energy-saving rapid traverse technology, it is the economical and environmentally friendly solution

The baling press for retail chains The compact horizontal baling press HSM HL 7009, with a press force of 700 kN, is the economic and space-saving disposal solution for chain stores and retailers, and it easily compresses cardboard and foil. With a cross-section of 1100 x 1100 mm and a bale length of 1200 mm, the bales weight up to 600 kg. In this way, the four-fold horizontally strapped bales achieve optimum truck utilisation. The integrated hydraulic lifting and tilting device means a significant reduction in personnel commitment during the compaction of recyclables. Thanks to the large-sized filler opening, even bulky cardboard boxes pose no problem. Thus, this very compact, horizontally working counter-plate press is perfectly suited for larger disposal tasks in retail and in small to medium-sized central warehouses, and is an economical solution whose investment pays off within a short time period.
