25 years company HAAS
This year a special event take place at company HAAS and fit in the everyday working life of the production of turnkey waste wood recycling installations and crushing installations for potentially recyclable resources. The company celebrated their 25 year existence over three event days.
A dealer and information exchange has been at the 24th and 25th of September. At the 24th of September the dealers of HAAS could refresh their know-how of the product range on the basis of training documents and live demonstrations.
On Thursday evening HAAS celebrates with about 130 guests out of 21 nations with a great buffet and live music at the castle “Historica” in Rotenhain.
At the 25th of September the customers and dealers could get some information about the HAAS products and new developments via presentations at different stations.
The company presents innovations and a modified machine, named TYRON 2000 2.0 new edition, on every event day.
Saturday, the 26th of September, was an open house day with coffee, cakes and live machine demonstrations and about 300 visitors could be welcomed.
Now the important question: How could the company HAAS take place at the market and expand constantly for 25 years? Volker Haas named some important points: “The correct business decisions at the right time, a big slice of luck and of course reliable partners.”
In 1989 the family business was founded by Mr. Volker Haas and since 1990 registered as GmbH. The company grows not only in experience, but also in employees. With a total turnover of 19 million € in 2014 the company engaged 67 employees. To build enough room for the HAAS-team the office building, production and storage hall were permanently increased, the last time in 2013 with an attachment on the main building to create more space for the commercial staff and a new conference room.
But the company HAAS also thinks future-oriented and want to expand constantly. For this reason Sascha Kloft was introduced as second managing director during the event “25 years company HAAS”. In common with Volker Haas he will lead the destinies of the company and in the foreseeable future he will act as sole managing director.
After the 25 years celebration HAAS starts with the construction of a further storage hall. On this hall a photovoltaic installation will take place and the whole power consumption of the company will be produced locally at HAAS itself. As Volker Haas says “a good decision – the production of recycling plants and machines with self produced energy – there’s no better contribution to the environmental protection.”
Through constant innovation of the products, long-term planning of the management and motivated employees the company HAAS is prepared excellent for the future.
