Sesotec GmbH, a leading global mechanical engineering company in the fields of foreign object detection and material sorting, has received the coveted ”Top Employer in SMEs 2024” award from the renowned job portal Yourfirm.de for the third time in a row. With around 740 employees worldwide, Sesotec sets standards in terms of career opportunities and employee satisfaction.
The award from the job portal Yourfirm.de is based on the evaluation of the access and reading behavior of users to the more than 60,000 job advertisements on Yourfirm.de within one year. The evaluation criteria are:
- the number of users that a company reaches on average per job advertisement and company profile,
- the percentage of users who actually read through the content, i.e. spend a correspondingly long time on the page,
- as well as the percentage of readers who take an application-related action, e.g. by clicking on ”Apply now” or the company’s website link.
Based on these three categories, a ”popularity index” is calculated for each employer. The 1,000 best-rated companies receive the ”Top Employer in SMEs 2024” seal.
