Dosing and conveying sewage sludge ash

Sodimate Deutschland GmbH has supplied a silo system for discharging, dosing, weighing and conveying sewage sludge ash for the AMPHORE project in Bottrop - regional sewage sludge and ash management for phosphorus recycling:

• 3 silo discharge and dosing systems
• 1 intermediate container designed as a weighing container
• Several screw conveyors
• 1 injector for conveying the sewage sludge ash into an on-site reactor filled with acid.
The system has been in operation for several months and is running smoothly.
