The new Conveyor Belt Scraper Starclean® RS ensures a quick and safe maintenance from outside the chute. This is achieved by the comfortable lateral change of the individual scraper blades, whereby the pull-out forces get reduced drastically.

Safety during maintenance is an important aspect. Often the staff member is forced to work inside the chute with the help of scaffoldings or similar. With the Starclean® RS that’s the past.
Due to the lateral exchange no scaffoldings are necessary anymore and the staff member works safely outside the chute. By renouncing complex scaffoldings and other possible safety-relevant measures, downtimes decrease extremely and therefore the productivity increases in an enormous way.

Furthermore, this scraper is multifunctional combinable with the proven tungsten carbide segments from the Starclean® modular system and can optionally be regulated by an electric drive of the tensioning device. With the electric drive the Starclean® RS is also suitable for reversible belt installations.
