NEUE HERBOLD is a German manufacturer of size reduction machines / recycling systems for recyclable materials. Our mainfield is the preparation of plastics but also other recyclable materials such as electrical waste, cable, wooden pallets ,. , , ,

Our production program here includes the full range of shredding technology (Shredder, Bale Breaker, Screw Shredder, Pipe Shredders, Guillotines, cutting mills, pipe mills, profile mills, hammer mills, pulverizers, impact disc mills) to the Processing Technology
in the wet area. Here, to be recycled plastics are prepared after size reduction by adding
water (or even partial liquor) in our washing plants. Here are among other complete especially compiled for the customer demand systems available or
also the corresponding individual units or as a supplement to optimize existing customer plants. (such. ss separation tank (float / sink tank), Friction washers, intensive washer, drying centrifuge, thermal dryers, dewatering screws, ...)

Also we provide aggregates for the recycling of plastic waste and the separation technology for mixed Materials.

Conveyors for feeding (conveyor belts, screw conveyors) of the feed material - and removal of the crushed material.

Morssinkhof Rymoplast has commissioned NEUE HERBOLD to supply 4 wet grinding systems for processing post consumer packaging The leading Dutch recycler Morssinkhof Rymoplast is building a new plastics recycling plant in Belgium. The plant, which is being built in Lommel in the Belgian province of Limburg, will recycle postconsumer packaging made from polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE-HD). For the washing systems, Morssinkhof-Plastics is relying on the technology of the NEUE HERBOLD Maschinen-u. Anlagenbau GmbH / Sinsheim that has been known and proven for years. NEUE HERBOLD, from Sinsheim, will supply 4 identical wet grinding systems including flotation tanks and cleaning stage. After mechanical drying, a NEUE HERBOLD gravity separator is provided. Each of these processing lines is designed for a throughput of up to 1500 kg/h. The centerpiece of these systems are the NEUE HERBOLD granulators type SM, which are equipped with a special feed hopper type ZB with screw guide. This device guarantees an almost continuous feed of the feed material into the grinding chamber of the granulator.

Prior to re-pelletizing the plastic waste must be size reduced, washed and if necessary foreign materials separated. NEUE HERBOLD washing lines, produce granules or flakes with a high quality even at today`s required outputs.
