From waste to road with MB Crusher units
With MB Crusher units installed at the excavator, mining and processing waste return to the production cycle Road maintenance in quarries, as in all remote hard-to-reach places, is often expensive, labour-intensive and time-consuming. This is because the full potential of the heavy machines already on site is often not utilized. For example, one could install an MB Crusher jaw crusher bucket to one’s excavator, reduce the spoil material, and reuse it as a subgrade for haulage road maintenance or the creation of new connecting roads. Or resell it and thus have another source of revenue. The benefit then is twofold, as is the gain: # no additional cost because you reuse the overburden, so there is no need to buy more material from other suppliers. No additional means are needed because the carrier machine already present at the quarry is used and the work becomes faster so there is a huge time-saving. # An efficient internal road network means cost optimization, more productivity and savings on the maintenance of transport equipment. If the roads are smooth and hitch-free

The new padding bucket for loaders and skid steers
MB Crusher brought the new MB-HDS220 padding bucket to Bauma 2022 1-tonne weight and a load capacity of 0.6 m3 for a versatile and reliable piece of equipment: MB Crusher brought the new MB-HDS220 padding bucket at Bauma 2022, suitable for loaders and skid steer loaders from 4.5 to 11 tons. Practicality, reliability and productivity on site Compact, versatile and extremely manoeuvrable, the new MB Crusher MB-HDS220 padding bucket is designed to make work easier, reduce processing time and save on operating costs. The size of its inlet mouth opening - 2.20 m - facilitates loading by ensuring that the tracks or wheels of the carrier machine remain clean. The inlet is designed to quickly convey material to the rotors. Maintenance is simple - greasing is centralised and done on-site, as with all MB Crusher products. The coupling system is designed to allow maximum freedom of movement of the operating machine. This system allows excellent visibility of the material to be worked on and of the site As with the other HDS models,

Unusual recycling stories: Gypsum
A few tricks are enough to improve recycling and reusing materials, even in the most” strange” processes. We read everywhere about the importance of recycling and how it is our duty—an act of kindness for our planet and the environment. We are certainly all in agreement. But ... (and there is always a but) in some cases – specifically the odd ones - to recycle, you need to think outside the box. So we decided to tell you some unusual recycling stories that our customers sent us. In many cases, we were left speechless. In others, truly amazed. We hope you are too after reading their stories. And if you have bizarre stories, too, send them our way. Gypsum Imagine a massive chemical plant that is constantly trying to improve its carbon footprint. They had 200,000 cubic yards of nylon-contaminated gypsum. How did they separate the two? By installing an MB-S18 screening bucket on their Caterpillar 323 and voila. The gypsum was cleaned of all nylon residues. An out-of-the-ordinary but very effective method. See video.

In 2012, finally, the first demonstration of a BF70.2 in freezing cold. Demonstrated and convinced. The first deal was made and it was not to be the last. And it was the year in which history was written. Hydraulik-Paule was the first German dealer to sign an exclusive contract for MB crusher and screen buckets. 6 years ago Johann Paulus, owner of Hydraulik-Paule GmbH & Co. KG, last visited the MB Crusher production facilities and a lot has happened since then. Not only has Hydraulik-Paule grown steadily, including the opening of a rental

5 Simple ways to manage waste material
It is now possible to complete a material recycling cycle directly on the job site with immediate results: cutting down transportation cost, pollution while growing in profit. The world of inert material recycling is evolving, always looking for the best answer to a single question: How to manage waste material. Waste management has become a real priority for all operators, job sites, quarries and construction management. Pollution, noise and dust emissions are factors companies must take into consideration when dealing with waste management. They also need to choose the right equipment, by considering their cost, maintenance and transportation requirements. MB Crusher patented crusher was the simplest solution. It is now possible to complete a material recycling cycle directly on the job site with immediate results: cutting down transportation cost, pollution while growing in profit. MB Crusher transforms any operated machine in a highly efficient material processing tool that recycles material that can be reintroduced in the next job or be sold for other applications. With MB products, waste material becomes a revenue stream. CUTTING

If you don’t have it, make it.
With a lack of raw materials and skyrocketing prices, your solution comes from debris. It’s a problem affecting everyone, from suppliers to their customers: we’re in the middle of a supply shortage. The planetary crisis behind finding aggregates has hit all sectors, mechanics, and construction and doesn’t seem to have an end in sight. Prices also change from month to month, becoming unsustainable for companies already struggling to meet all of their orders. The jobs are there, but no one knows when they’ll finish them; public and private works risk delaying their construction sites and struggling to recover. "One of the first things that came to mind about this problem was to manage our materials to become more independent and not depend on third parties for everything," a company, who handles demolitions in Belarus, tells us. "When dealing with demolitions, we have a lot of rubble to dispose of on-site – reinforced concrete, bricks, tiles, reinforced poles, etc. – so we asked ourselves, ’why not process this rubble directly on-site and
