MB Crusher turns mobile plants into one-machine operation
MB company will show its products working live at Polska Autostrada - Kielce
MB Crusher innovation lands in Kielce, Poland: from 9th to 11the May the italian company will be demostrating its revolutionary machines on a live demo show at Autostrada Polska 2017, the International Fair of Road Construction Industry.
At outdoor booth nr. ZG 6, MB Crusher will be demonstrating to attendees how quickly they can have a mobile plant at their work site by switching between the crushing and screening attachments. Visitors in fact will have the chance to see two MB products at work: the crusher bucket BF80.3 and the screening bucket MB-S18.
Suitable for excavators that exceed 18.5 Ton of weight, the crusher bucket BF 80.3 is compact, versatile and can reaches productivity of 34 m3 per hour. On the other side, a must in reducing volumes and optimizing the size of materials for specific uses, the MB-S18 screener bucket can work with excavators between 20 to 35 Ton and it’s equipped with baskets formed by interchangeable modular panels, available with holes of different sizes based on requirements.
In addition to the live demonstrations, MB will have other products on static display: one of its latest products, the drum cutter MB-R800, the only one with the unique direct drive twin motor system, and the screening bucket MB-LS170 (particularly suitable for wheel loader and backhoe from 6.5 to 11 ton); the crusher bucket MB-L160 (ideal for skid loaders starting from 4,50 Ton and backhoes between 7 to 10 Ton), and last but not least, the MB-S14 screening bucket for excavators between 9 to 20 Ton
MB’s attachments use the hydraulic system on excavators, skid loaders and backhoes, and allow contractors the flexibility to work in tight areas, difficult access locations, steep slopes and urban areas. Contractors will be able to reuse materials immediately at the job site and provide a greener option in recycling waste materials. By reusing the materials, contractors and businesses can begin saving time and money in reducing waste and trucking costs.
