Features

The following features are available to you after you register as a customer: from the real-time availability display of our current stock to typical webshop features such as previous order histories to the view of list and customer-specific purchase prices - all this and more can be found easily at #Customerservice

Search

Using the search function, you can search through our entire product range with one click. You can either search for product names or specific article numbers.

Filter

A filter function makes it possible to additionally filter the search results according to relevant characteristics such as diameters, wall thicknesses or materials.

Compare

You can add products to a comparison list in order to directly compare the product properties of two or more parts. By the way: As a registered customer, you can even search for your own article numbers when logged in. If you have not yet registered, you can do so at any time on our website.

Availability

In the shop area you can see at a glance whether the product you want is currently available. After registering, you will even be shown the current stock with the specific available delivery quantity after logging in.

Current prices
When logged in, you can also see the current prices of all products - including the respective tiered prices.

File downloads

You can also download individual price lists with current purchase prices and product information as Excel files. The corresponding prices and files are generated dynamically for you. Speaking of files: Technical data sheets, 2D drawings and 3D models are now available for download for a large number of products.

Exclusive MYHS customer area:

As soon as you are logged in, you will find information and parts here that are assigned to your individual account - such as items that you order frequently, existing special conditions or individually manufactured parts. You can therefore also search directly for your part numbers in the web shop.

Address management

Of course, your customer area also includes address management, which you can use to change shipping addresses yourself or create new ones to use in the checkout.
For adjustments to the billing addresses, you can also easily send us a request for an address change via the portal.

Document history

The document history also allows you to view invoices at a glance and download them directly with one click. If you do not yet have customer access, you can register for our customer portal on our website.
