VB 950 DK - Red giant in a new version HAMMEL Recyclingtechnik GmbH presents Red giant in a new version Bad Salzungen. Hammel recyclingtechnik GmbH presents its new bestseller, the completely redesigned HAMMEL shredder type VB 950 DK, which is now is now available as our standard VB 950. With its newly designed discharge conveyor belt, having an enormous discharge height of approx. 5000 mm, giving customers even more room for storing the material after shredding. The new modern design is just one of numerous modifications. The primary crusher is characterized above all by a hydraulic system of the latest generation, which allows a much higher nominal torque at the shafts compared to the previous model. The engine speed has been reduced to 1,800 rpm as well. Due to those modifications together with the disappearance of the cooler, a significant reduction in noise has been achieved. From 12th -14th March 2019 HSM GmbH + Co. KG, manufacturer of baling presses, PET solutions and document shredders from South Germany, is exhibiting product solutions for the corrugated cardboard and folding carton industry at the CCE International Trade Fair (Hall B6 / Stand 1072) in Munich. The fully automatic channel baling press HSM VK 2306 is primarily suitable for industry applications with a low to medium amount of material and a throughput of up to 113 cubic metres per hour. With a pressing power of 240 kN this versatile power pack produces bales with weights of up to 250 kg, depending on the material being pressed – this could be paper, cardboard, foils or PET bottles. The bales are held together with 3-fold horizontal wire strapping. The pressing process is controlled via a light barrier.
