Fully Automatic Channel Baling Press HSM VK 4812 P

For the Disposal of PET Bottles

HSM GmbH + Co. KG, the south German manufacturer of baling presses, PET solutions and document shredders offers a product range to optimally support the disposal of PET bottles. The baling presses of the manufacturer from Lake Constance are always specialists when it comes to compressing waste materials by up to 95 % and pressing them into unmixed and optimally transportable bales.

The fully automatic channel baling press HSM VK 4812 P is especially suitable for the professional waste disposal sector or larger industrial applications - with high throughputs especially for compressing PET bottles. With an extremely high pressing force of 480 kN and a large fill opening of approximately 1020 x 1250 mm, the HSM VK 4812 P not only presses PET bottles, but also foils, boxes and much more. The press boxes in a Hardox design ensure a low degree of wear. The baling press is also available with an optional frequency-controlled drive. This drive makes a significant contribution to environmental protection and efficiency, since using it can save up to 40 % of energy costs.
To integrate the baling press into the automated industrial production processes, continuous feeding of the baling press is recommended. There are various possibilities for this, such as feeding conveyors, etc. The press operation is controlled via a light barrier. Depending on the material, the highly compressed bales reach a weight of up to 550 kg, have a maximum bale mass of approximately 1100 x 750 x 600-1200 mm, and are held together by a fully automatic, 4-fold wire strapping. The optimal bale sizes and bale weights guarantee efficient use of the truck.
