After more than 10 years of operation, the slat conveyor chain at a leading Swiss construction company needed to be replaced. FB Ketten is known for customised chain solutions and was also invited to submit a quotation. The customer has a long tradition and attaches great importance to high plant availability. Founded in 1931, the steam roller company has developed very successfully in road construction, civil engineering and tunnelling in the almost 100 years of its existence, operates its own gravel plants and now sees its core competencies in the areas of construction, logistics, environment and digitalisation. In 2019, an apron conveyor chain in front of a crusher for demolition material had to be replaced in Pantaleon at the Austrian company Hasenöhrl. No spare parts could be supplied by the plant manufacturer. FB Ketten found a suitable solution. The Hasenöhrl company was founded in 1960 by Otto Hasenöhrl.
