This high-end GKM tumbler screening machine has been specially designed and adapted to meet the requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. In order to fit the limited space, GKM Siebtechnik manufactured this double capacity machine. The idea is to split the product into several decks to ensure very high throughput in a small footprint. A drainable design ensures an ideal internal and external high level cleaning process. The machine has an external as well as internal high-grade stainless steel design. The high-quality surface finish is polished and extrapolated to prevent product build-up to meet highest customer requirements. The contamination-free ULTRA-VARIO-SONIC screen cleaning system provides a much more efficient screening action for the ultra-fine cut points. With the GKM tumbler screener in combination with an ultrasonic cleaning even the finest cut point down to 20 microns can be realized. SKAKO has developed a copper recycling feeding system in cooperation with one of their customers. The system is fully automated and consists of a Lift Tipper and a Vibration Feeder that feeds copper material into two separate melting ovens. On a given signal from the FV-feeder, the Lift Tipper fills recyclable material from a container into the feeder. The melting oven has a load cell and is able to signal to the FV-feeder for more material when it reaches a preset minimum weight. The FV-feeder will then move forward towards the oven on its rails and start the material discharge. The FV-feeder has an integrated weighing system and will stop the filling of material when the required amount has been filled into the oven. It will then return to its original position. The FV-feeder is motorized and can feed multiple ovens as it is placed on a rotating table that can turn 90 degrees.

Morssinkhof Rymoplast has commissioned NEUE HERBOLD to supply 4 wet grinding systems for processing post consumer packaging The leading Dutch recycler Morssinkhof Rymoplast is building a new plastics recycling plant in Belgium. The plant, which is being built in Lommel in the Belgian province of Limburg, will recycle postconsumer packaging made from polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE-HD). For the washing systems, Morssinkhof-Plastics is relying on the technology of the NEUE HERBOLD Maschinen-u. Anlagenbau GmbH / Sinsheim that has been known and proven for years. NEUE HERBOLD, from Sinsheim, will supply 4 identical wet grinding systems including flotation tanks and cleaning stage. After mechanical drying, a NEUE HERBOLD gravity separator is provided. Each of these processing lines is designed for a throughput of up to 1500 kg/h. The centerpiece of these systems are the NEUE HERBOLD granulators type SM, which are equipped with a special feed hopper type ZB with screw guide. This device guarantees an almost continuous feed of the feed material into the grinding chamber of the granulator.

Barite, a mineral composed of barium sulfate (BaSO4), is commonly used in the oil and gas industry, especially in hydraulic fracturing (fracking) and drilling operations.
