REMBE safety experts impress exhibition visitors in Frankfurt
In addition to numerous new products and innovations, the REMBE team surprised visitors to the world’s largest chemical exhibition with a world première. For the first time, an explosion was triggered by pure muscle power. The predestined candidate for this mission was REMBE brand ambassador and multiple Olympic medallist Robert Förstemann. Förstemann is a track cyclist and sprinter and, with his 80cm thigh circumference, has enough strength to pedal for 60 seconds at more than 600 watts on an ergometer. The energy generated was enough to cause a bursting disc to burst. The spectacle thrilled several thousand exhibition visitors from all over the world. Especially impressed is CEO Stefan Penno by his young and dynamic team at the exhibition stand: ”Everyone here didn’t just do their best, they gave their all and that leaves a very, very good impression on our visitors and customers.” The Brilon-based company expects that the order books will continue to fill up after the exhibition and that all the hard work will pay off.

Revolutionizing High-Precision Screening: RHElite Announcing the launch of our latest innovation, the RHElite high-precision screen, a groundbreaking solution designed for the most demanding industrial applications.
Revolutionizing High-Precision Screening: RHElite
Announcing the launch of our latest innovation, the RHElite high-precision screen, a groundbreaking solution designed for the most demanding industrial applications. Engineered with a perfect blend of steel and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP), the RHElite sets new standards in the screening of finest high-end products. How is it possible to build such a machine? Due to the anisotropic behavior of certain types of GFK (glass-fiber-reinforced plastic), where mechanical properties such as strength and stiffness vary depending on the direction, the machine can be specifically optimized for certain load directions. This allows for more efficient and targeted use of materials. Optimized for Unmatched Precision Screening The RHElite is engineered to perform with unparalleled precision, making it the top choice for the screening of the finest high-end products. Its advanced technology ensures sharper separation of fine particles, significantly enhancing the quality of your output. The sophisticated design and superior performance of the RHElite outpace traditional models, offering a more energy-efficient solution that meets

Boron Nitride Efficiently Screening Discover how advanced sieving technologies optimize the processing of Boron Nitride. This technology allows for precise separation of the material into highly pure fractions
Boron Nitride Efficiently Screening
Discover how advanced sieving technologies optimize the processing of Boron Nitride. This technology allows for precise separation of the material into highly pure fractions The Role of Boron Nitride and the Importance of Sieving Technology Boron Nitride, also known as Bornitrid, is a critical raw material in various industrial sectors, due to its unique properties such as high thermal conductivity, chemical resistance, and excellent insulating qualities. To ensure the quality and purity of Boron Nitride, sieving technology plays a central role. The requirements for the sieving processes are demanding. The particle size of Boron Nitride varies greatly, and the separation into highly pure fractions is critical for application consistency. Here, the innovative sieving machines from RHEWUM come into play, which are specially tailored for the challenges of sieving Bornitrid. Applications of Boron Nitride Sieving Machines Bornitrid is used in a variety of applications, from lubricants and ceramic components to thermal conductive pastes. For all these applications, the purity of the material is crucial. The Boron Nitride Sieving Machines

At pre-corona level: Successful trade fair appearance by Sesotec
Film sorter VARISORT+ FILM and glass sorting system SPEKTRUM+ as well as AI evaluation methods presented Schönberg, June 2024 Sesotec, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of equipment and systems for foreign body detection, material sorting and analysis, is extremely positive about this year’s IFAT trade fair in Munich. The trade fair appearance reached the pre-corona level and was the best stage for the presentation of sorting systems with new, innovative features. The Sesotec VARISORT+ FILM film sorter and the SPEKTRUM+ glass sorting system from KRS Recycling Systems were the highlights of the trade fair. Both solutions met with great interest and were intensively examined by trade visitors and potential customers from all over the world. VARISORT+ FILM impressed with innovations such as a laminar air flow and an aerodynamically designed separator housing, while the KRS Glassorter SPEKTRUM+ impressed with its new C-C sensor technology, which can be used to distinguish black glass or very dark glass from CSP (ceramic/stone/porcelain) even better.

VEGAPULS 6X: High precision despite high temperatures The VEGAPULS 6X radar sensor in the new high-temperature version offers a solution for processes with temperatures of up to 450 °C.
VEGAPULS 6X: High precision despite high temperatures
The VEGAPULS 6X radar sensor in the new high-temperature version offers a solution for processes with temperatures of up to 450 °C. There are applications that push level measurement to its limits. Until recently, this included a process called iron briquetting, where it was almost impossible to achieve reliable measuring results due to extreme temperatures. That has changed. Now, the new high-temperature version of radar sensor VEGAPULS 6X provides a groundbreaking solution for processes at temperatures up to 450 °C. Sponge iron is an intermediate product in steel production. To store or transport it economically, it is often processed into briquettes. The technique involves passing the porous, spongy mass through heat-resistant roller presses at temperatures of 400 °C and higher. New solution for an old problem For many years, precise level measurement was the bottleneck in this process. Conventional measurement technology was not able to function reliably under the harsh conditions, because in addition to the heat, the low conductivity of iron also proved to be an impediment. For challenging
